Welcome to our online Grant Application Portal. The Hans Management Company (HMC) was organized to provide grant management support to charitable organizations. HMC primarily serves the Rural India Supporting Trust (RIST) and The Hans Foundation USA (THF USA).
HMC has extensive experience evaluating grants, assisting charitable organizations with their operations, and managing the grant-making functions of charities.
The grant application process is streamlined to first determine an applicant's eligibility and then create an experience where the applicant can illustrate why the charity should consider their program ideas for support. Please understand that we take our time to review all applications at every stage of the process and that your patience is appreciated.
If you have registered with the online grantmaking system as a RIST or THF USA grantee, please enter the email address and password associated with your account. Otherwise, please register for a new account in our grant-making system by clicking the "Register" link on the upper right-hand corner of this page.
Funding opportunities come in a few different forms which will all be announced on the charity’s website:
- Open submissions: These are requests for non-specific program ideas. We want to hear about programs your organization specializes in! Please keep in mind that the charities HMC serves will seek out programs that align with their objectives as an organization. So, please refer to RIST’s and THF USA’s websites to become familiarized with our current programs and thematic focus.
- Specific requests for proposals: At times the charities will want to focus their efforts on getting distinct results and impacts from the programs funded. Directions on application parameters will be found on the websites at the time of the request.
Please do not submit applications through email or any other means as submissions will ONLY be considered during timelines stated on our website. If your organization submits an unsolicited proposal outside of stated timelines it will not be considered for support.
